I am a yoga, sound and reiki practitioner. I use these mediums to help to reconnect people to themselves, to their internal voice and to their inherent knowledge.
I’ve been practising yoga for over 25 years and it’s got me through some pretty difficult personal times. I have been teaching for 3 years and it’s a joy to be able to give the gift of yoga to my community. I am a 500 hour RYT registered yoga teacher and I am trained in Vinyasa flow, Yin, Pranayama, Meditation & Yoga Nidra. In most sessions I combine breathwork, medittaion and movement to provide an all round work out for your body and your spirit leaving you grounded, connected and relaxed.
For me yoga is about coming home to yourself, it gives you the time and space to really get to know your body and your mind. Time to move your body, be with your breath and find the stillness in your mind.
There is a huge power in the vibrations of sound. These vibrations can help you to clear out energetic blockages and burdens. I use different instruments but find I tend to resonate strongly with the Tibetan Goddess Bowls, crystal singing bowls and the gong. These tend to produce the stronger resonant tones and work at a deep level conencting into the core of who you are.
My studies and work as a Reiki Master practitioner have been transformational to my spirit and my consciousness. Reiki helps me to connect into myself on a deeper level and this universal energy also helps to cleanse chakras, the energetic body and the essence of who you are. It is a gift to be able to share this with others and facilitate them to instigate and undergo their own transformation and healing.
I offer regular classes, events, workshops and 1:1 sessions and I hope to meet you very soon!

I am a Reiki Master Practitioner and offer this either in person or online.
Reiki is an incredible healing technique that uses universal energy to allow your body and mind to heal and align. It's a gentle and subtle treatment that induces deep relaxation. Perfect for anyone who feels a bit frazzled or exhausted.
I have been so lucky to have such an inspiring yoga teacher in this area. Sarah gently pushes us all to develop our yoga technique and she always knows what we are capable of. She has also helped me to do some new poses I never thought I would be able to do. My daughter and friends always comment on how welcoming and accommodating Sarah is when they join the classes with me. Thank you Sarah, you are a star.
Sarah is an excellent teacher and runs a lovely flow class. It's pushed me harder than the class I had been attending for several years which is great. I especially appreciate the fact that Sarah is so welcoming and just because I am older I was not treated as being old! Yoga is especially important for older people as it maintains balance, strength and flexibility. Thank you Sarah for being so inclusive!
I joined Sarah's yoga class after experiencing a real tough time dealing with grief, I needed a focus to help me to release alot of tense energy within me. I joined by myself, which can be scary, but Sarah has been so welcoming I now go every week. As well as mentally it also really grounds me as I'm a spiritual medium so my energy can drain! But yoga really made a difference for me and I feel the benefits especially with releasing the tension I hold that causes me pain, and of course the hour me time is bliss!
I have been lucky enough to find Sarah's yoga group. I am a woman of a certain age struggling with physical aches and pains and often feeling mentally and hormonally under par. Sarah's group has helped my back, hips and shoulders considerably and I can touch my toes again (which I hadn't been able to do for some time). I do not consider myself a spiritual person but Sarah has an aura of calm and kindness which automatically makes you feel that little bit happier when you have been in her company. I now officially love yoga.
I have been going to Sarah's yoga classes for 18 months and can honestly say that they have done me a world of good both physically and mentally. Sarah is a very perceptive and caring teacher who guides us all according to our abilities with kindness and humour. In my case she needs it - I'm 72 years old.
