Sound Bath - Elston
Come along and rest your body and mind amongst the healing vibrations of sound.
Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, shamanic drums, chinese wind gongs and bells all resonate at a slightly different frequency and both stimulate and clear out your energetic body and Chakras. Incredibly soothing, the deep vibrations will take you to a place of pure relaxation.
This class is 90 minutes. You will need to bring a yoga mat, a blanket (or two), a cushion and some water. Come dressed comfortably in layers. Cosy hats and gloves can also be useful!
