Sound Bath & Reiki Healing Afternoon

A beautiful afternoon of sound awaits you in a cosy hall in Nottinghamshire.

This is an intimate event with a maximum of 10 people in the group. Come along and experience the physical sensations of sound healing combined with Reiki shared by my lovely friend Rachel Petherham. You will receive hands on Reiki from Rachel during the session as well as experiencing the sound bowls being played on your body by me. The soundscape is created using singing bowwls, crystal bowls, wind gongs and other instruments. This combination of sound therapy and Reiki enters the body at a deep level and in addition to giving relaxation it can help to clear out energetic blockages and heal your body and mind. You will leave feeling nurtured, relaxed and a little lighter.

Bring a yoga mat, two blankets (or a sleeping bag), water and a cushion for your head. Wear comfortable and warm clothing and dress in layers. Extra cosiness is encouraged, sometimes even a woolly hat is the right thing to bring! Herbal teas will be served at the end to ground you and bring you back into yourself. Parking is available at the Methodist Hall Car Park or on High Street.
