Sound Bath & Reiki Healing Afternoon
A beautiful afternoon of sound awaits you in a cosy hall in Nottinghamshire. This is an intimate event with a maximum of 10 people. Come along and experience the physical sensations of sound healing combined with Reiki. You will receive hands on Reiki during the session as well as experiencing the bowls on your body. The soundscape is created by singing bowls, crystal bowls, wind gongs and lots more! You will leave feeling nurtured, relaxed and hopefully a little lighter.
Bring a yoga mat, two blankets, water and a cushion for your head. Herbal teas will be served at the end with some sweet treats to ground you and bring you back into yourself.
Parking is available at the hall car park or on High Street.
