Monthly Sound Bath - Aslockton - February

Experience a whole new level of relaxation and body awareness as the vibrations of sound allow your body to enter a place of deep healing.

I play Goddess bowls, Crystal bowls, Gongs and many other instruments to create the healing soundscape. As a Reiki Master Practitioner, I also give Reiki healing during the soundbath through intention but also through hands on interaction for those that wish it. The different instruments and bowls resonate in differrent ways and affect your body differently. Expect to leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.

These groups are kept small to ensure each person receives the maximum attention through individual playing of bowls near and on the body.

The Thomas Cranmer Centre in Aslockton is a beautiful venue with a vaulted ceiling and underfloor heating which is perfect for the cooler months.

You will need to bring a yoga mat or similar, two blankets or sleeping bag, a cushion or pillow for your head, warm socks, a water bottle and please dress in layers!

I supply yoga blocks and bolsters to aid your comfort.
