Summer Solstice Day Retreat

A beautiful day celebrating the Summer Solstice and the sun. We harness the uplifting energy of the solstice through movemet, sound and stillness. A whole day dedicated to your wellness so that you leave feeling rejuvenated, energised and restored.

Expect yoga flows, meditation, breathwork, reiki and sound healing.

The day will start at 10am and finish at 4.30pm. A vegetarian lunch, snacks and hot drinks are included. Dietary requirements can be catered for on request. This is an exclusive retreat with small numbers to ensure your enjoyment.

Held in the beautiful village of Aslockton in the Nottinghamshire countryside. The Thomas Cranmer Centre is a lovely space with a vaulted ceiling and access to outdoor space. Parking is available onsite and on the street.
