Beltane Retreat at Norwell Nurseries
A beautiful afternoon of yoga, breathwork, meditation, reiki and sound.
Come and join me at the beautiful venue of Norwell Nurseries in Norwell, Nottinghamshire. Run by Andrew and Helen Ward this is a working plant nursery that has an incredible garden and pavilion summer house for our exclusive use. We will be practicing outside (weather dependent) or will utilise the pavilion which is surrounded by the glorious garden. Connecting into nature for our inspiration this will be an incredibly grounding and intuitive afternoon.
Beltane celebrates the height of Spring and the coming of Summer.
We will close with tea and cake and reflections of our day.
