Yoga Flow
What is it?
This class is a dynamic mat based class that combines movement with breath. It is suitable for all experience levels including complete beginners as modifications for poses will be given. The class itself combines breathwork, strength work and stretching in a repetitive sequence which can almost become a moving meditation. As the moves become more familiar you can start to explore each pose and find your version. The classes are always slightly different and are altered to suit the energy and people in the room, sometimes the flow is slower and the holds are longer, other times the flow is stronger and more challenging.
What to bring?
You will need to bring a mat, a blanket and some water. I provide blocks and straps as required. It is advisable to wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in, and layers are always good!
How much?
Classes are priced at £10.00 per class or £36 for a 4 week block (must be used within 6 weeks of date of purchase)
