Pop Up Outdoor Yoga Session

Come and join me for an early evening session of yoga in my outdoor yoga circle. This will be a yoga flow mat based class incorporating some strength and balance work. Suitable for those with some yoga experience, not suitable for total beginners. This is a large mown circle within a wildflower and grass meadow, please dress appropriately for the weather and bring a mat, water and blanket.

Field access is from Bulham Lane, Sutton on Trent and parking is on the field. A what3words location will be emailed to you on the day of the event.
