Sound Bath & Reiki Healing Afternoon
Come and join me and Rachel from Catkin for a beautiful afternoon of energetic vibrations. Sound healing will be provided by Sarah using a variety of instruments including Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls. Rachel wil be offering hands on Reiki during the soundbath. Combining these two modalities creates a unique and deeply healing energy for you to experience. The reported benefits are many... deep relaxarion, accessing healing brainwaves; cellular regeneration within your body; clearing energetic blockages to name a few. Many people experience different responses which range in magnitude. Each event is unique and each individual experience is different each time.
This event is held in the very cosy Methodist Community Hall in Sutton on Trent. The cost Is £30 per person to include a herbal tea and sweet treat at the end.
You will need to bring with you a yoga mat or something comfy to lie on, two blankets (one to lie on and one to cover you), a cushion or pillow for your head and some water. Dress warmly and comfortably and bring anything else you need for your comfort. Yoga blocks and bolsters are provided for your comfort.
