December Sound Bath
Come and join me for a wonderful sound bathing experience in a cosy hall in North Nottinghamshire. If you have never bathed in sound vibrations then you must try it! The different vibrations and resonances of the instrument affect your body in different ways. It can help you to reach a place of deep relaxation. It can help to move energetic or emotional blockages. It can help with sleep issues. Some people report pain relief in chronic conditions. Whatever you experience it is a lovely thing and restorative and restful for your body and your mind . I use a variety of instruments to create a soundscape including tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, wind gongs and lots more.
